There's several women I like that I didn't put in this top five. Rachel Bilson, Emma Watson, Summer Glau, Mila Kunis, Adriana Lima. They all could have been in my top 5 for various reasons. Again, this is just a fun exercise but at least over the last year, Morena Baccarin has probably been my number 1 woman that I find attractive. The odd thing is that I don't even know if she's on any televsion shows anymore. She's been on a few different shows but I first saw her on re-runs of Firefly.
Firefly was a show created by Joss Whedon who, small world, also created Buffy the Vampire Slayer which was my favorite show while it was on. Firefly was like a science fiction western. Western archetype characters flying around in a spaceship doing whatever is necessary to make money. Interestingly enough, the guy who played the tough guy of the crew is now on the show Chuck with my number 2 woman below.
I never watched Firefly during it's initial run but during last Winter and Spring I caught re-runs of it. It was actually more entertaining than I expected. Not something I'd plan my evening around but a good show. Morena Baccarin played a "companion," basically a very high-end escort. I'll admit that some of the costumes she wore aided in my attraction to her but she is simply strinkingly beautiful. She is Brazilian, which contributes to the dark features that I find so attractive (Adriana Lima is also Brazilian). She has an amazing smile, fabulous hair, and beautiful eyes. I don't really know much about her but I know that I couldn't take my eyes off her while she was onscreen.

We are both Firefly/Serenity fans, and I believe that Morena would be in MrB's top 2 picks for hotness (the other being Salma Hayak). The funny part is that I doubt he even knows her real name. Brazilians seem to have a "good-looking" gene. Call it good bone structure or DNA or whatever.
Hence the reason that I think my next vacation needs to be to Brazil. Since you've actually seen the show, I'm sure that you can vouch for her appeal. What I also like is that she isn't some vacuous idiot on the show. Companions have to be very educated. Since you're a fan, it's nice ot see Summer Glau on the Terminator series. I just wish Morena would get back on a show I like.
My brother-in-law's wife (not even a relative!) is Brazilian. She's in her 40s, has had a whole bunch of kids, quite overweight -- but still beautiful. It's the eyes, bone structure... a lot of things. Her whole family is really attractive... the Brazilian ones are anyway. ;-)
I think Summer is terrific on the Terminator.
I started watching Firefly because of Nathan Fillion. Yum.
Didn't watch Buffy during it's original run, but I became addicted through reruns and DVDs.
